The Controller reserves the right to modify any information published on the website without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of these modifications, it being understood that publication on the Controller’s website is sufficient.

The Controller disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website that has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
IP Addresses
The website servers automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user.
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a server activity file, which allows for the subsequent processing of data solely for statistical purposes to determine the number of page impressions, the number of visits to web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Controller does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or that force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances may make access to the website impossible.

The Controller has contracted an SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) certificate for its website.
An SSL certificate allows for the protection of all personal and confidential information that may be handled on a website, regardless of the information transmitted, such as from any of the website’s contact forms to the server, or data entered for newsletter subscriptions or access to protected areas, etc.
The website address will appear in green, activating the “https” protocol that allows secure connections from a web server to the user’s browser.
