Ceramic printing technologies
Robocasting
Robocasting is a technology based on the extrusion of ceramic paste, it is used for affordable productions or large pieces. It is used in projects where precision is not a key factor.
It is also employed as a complement to Binderjetting technology to produce hybrid parts.
Materials
Low temperature pastes, refractories, sandstones and porcelains.
Finishes
Visible layer, polished or saturated with enamel.

Binderjet ceramics
Binderjeting is a technology based on ceramic powder agglutinated using a binder system, the resulting parts have high precision and can reach a high degree of complexity. It is an ideal technique for achieving complicated details, parts with ducts or internal cavities. The ceramic formulation we use is our own and allows us to adjust the physical values of the piece according to the customer’s demand. Ideal technology to produce small serial pieces, complex shapes or light ceramic pieces.
Materials
Ceramic, refractory and alumina.
Finishes
Base material, coating or enamel.

SLA and DLP technical ceramics
Stereolithography SLA and Digital Light Processing DLP are two technologies of photosensitive resin with ceramic charge, their degree of precision is very high and we use them for small parts projects that need to be very detailed. Each of the technologies has slight differences that will tell us which is the most suitable for each project. The nature of this technology does not allow parts with wall thicknesses greater than 3 mm.
Materials
Porcelain and alumina.
Finishes
Visible layer, polished or saturated with enamel.
